We are looking for an experienced SaaS Sales Leader to join our team. We’re a dynamic, fast-moving organization. This role will be focused on developing strategy, executing plans and managing a team of sales executives.



  • Own and achieve and/or exceed annual sales targets within assigned Industry (Agriculture)
  • Manage, develop and ensure the success of your direct reports
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets, retain and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate internally to ensure cross-functional alignment to support Industry goals.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand and navigate category-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts



  • 5+ years of Sales Management experience for a complex SaaS product
  • Experience scaling a SaaS Enterprise team
  • Experience managing, developing and building sales teams in a hybrid setting (in-office and remote)
  • Proven SaaS sales executive experience, meeting and/or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the SaaS sales process from plan to close, and adoption to retention to expansion.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in a hybrid setting (in-office and remote)
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
