Job Brief


  • We’re looking for a dynamic and creative content creator to join our editorial team and assist with researching and writing blog posts, web copy and marketing copy.
  • There is no ‘typical day’ at Invisible, and every day will bring something new to the table. You could be doing anything from conducting thorough research on industry-related topics such as AI or automation, generating ideas for new content types and proofreading articles before publication.
  • The ability to meet deadlines is essential. You will be a master of adapting your writing style to suit different audience segments and identifying customer personas.
  • Ideally, you’ll be a self-confessed technology geek with a portfolio of published articles from either your own blog or from companies you have worked with.


As a Content Writer On The Invisible Team You Will:


  • Be passionate about all things tech! Perhaps you’re an AI nerd? Or an automation pro? If so, let’s talk!
  • Be a master curator – research and aggregate the latest news and views on outsourcing, machine learning, AI, etc
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Have a keen eye for detail – as part of our eagle-eyed team you will edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to turbo-charge content
  • Identify target audiences and recommend exciting new topics
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
  • Measure web traffic to content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates)
  • Update our websites as needed
  • Coordinate with our awesome marketing team
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)




  • Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
  • Time-management skills
  • Familiarity with SEO
  • BS in English, Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
