This position will report to the Creative Director.

Required Qualifications:

    • Adept at creating wireframes, UI prototypes, site maps, storyboards, journey maps, and user flows that support application development efforts
    • Experience conducting user research
    • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards
    • Proficiency in building innovative, functional, user-friendly interfaces compatible with multiple devices and browsers
    • Ability to take design comps and user feedback to create working solutions
    • Eagerness to communicate data-informed visions to design, ops, and dev teams
    • At least 5 years of experience in UX design
    • At least 3 years of experience with application design
    • At least 3 years of experience with usability testing

    • Proficiently designing high-fidelity mockups using Figma
    • A keen eye for aesthetics & the ability to create strong visual presentations

    • A strong portfolio

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with Bootstrap
    • Combination of both mobile & desktop app design experience
    • Bonus points: understanding of legal industry methodology

The pay range for this position is $80,000 – 120,000/yr; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  Prevail is committed to equality and diversity, paying fairly for equal work, and building an inclusive workplace.
