About the Role

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to support the creation of email-based programs spanning our various sales and marketing channels. The scope of this role will touch the experience of our customers from their initial interactions with our brand through their program experience and beyond. A successful candidate for this role will master email analytics and testing strategies while also sourcing or writing on-brand, engaging email content in a rapidly growing organization.



Your responsibilities include and are not limited to:

Email Campaigns

  • Create and monitor a wide variety of email marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
  • Proofread key messaging in and out of email templates
  • Follow up on emails responses and other automated responses

Email Lists

  • Build and monitor prospect and customer lists
  • Segment all email lists appropriately to ensure the right messages reaches the right audiences
  • Constantly purge email lists
  • Secure email databases for future campaigns


  • Track and analyzing campaign results and provide key metrics, success measures and recommendations for future projects based on your findings
  • Test and iterate on selected campaigns to our prospects and current customers in order to finely tune our outreach



  • 2+ years in an email marketing role
  • Highly skilled in HTML, CSS and other languages and other tools relevant to the position
  • Hubspot knowledge preferred
  • Evidence of previous QA work, specifically around email-based campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to change your voice to fit a diverse customer base high desired
  • Industry experience in travel and hospitality is preferred
  • Experience working remotely
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, delegate, and work under pressure and stress required
